Okie so I’m here in my bed, lots of things racing through my mind and I don’t know how I got on to this thought, but I did.
Now a lot of people hate over this blog (and its mod) because they say things like:
They spam everyone’s ask boxes with that same questions.
Ooo they never draw only text reply.
Their only after free art.
Now I’ve seen these statements many of times slandering Bananas blog, but I think different.
Now hear me out here yes he dose ask many blogs the same certain questions, and many people do reply with art to these said questions.
BUT
He always REBLOGS your answers weather his oc is included or not. So that wipes out the free art aspect of it. (Yes a lot of people do draw his oc so he dose get a lot of art drawn but he reblogs your art anyway even I you have not included his OC)
Which brings me onto this point.
Banana pie’s blog is more of a PROMOTION BLOG in my eyes. With one blog you see so many different artists answering the same question but in different ways. His blog shows how so many people can follow the same fandom, draw the same things yet the out come is very different in each way. His blog shows the mind sets of some artists. Eg the banana pie doll. Some thought it was cute others took a dark turn.
I for one am following banana and have followed many other blogs because of the art he’s shared. It’s all in one neat place and easy to find. I will probably follow many other blogs because of this guy. So less of the hate and more of the thanks for him helping to share your art.
End of night time thinking I must get to sleep now. Also sorry if this sort of turned into a rant it’s 4 am :p
