My fav game for glitches is Skyrim, its full of them. A couple ive seen include floating weapons and bodies, dragon bones shooting up through the ground, animals zooming round the map, npcs glitched into walls ect.

My favorite glitched involved a mammoth.  id cleared out the ruins where you get the luna weapons and on my way down the steps i see a mammoth fly into the air. After that another mammoth spawned walked in the direction of whiterun. glitched on a rock zoomed into the air and the whole process repeated. I must of watched it for at least 15 min.
