She laughed at that and they continued their walk talking about the gem and other bits and bobs. The sun was going down so Tom started to walk Draxxor home the park was empty now all the other ponies had gone home, they were walking along the path smiling and joking with each other just before they came up on a large oak tree a scruffy unicorn stallion jump out in front of them blocking there path. He had been behind the tree his coat was brown but it was a mess dirty and unkempt he looked the two ponies in front of him and said in a low voice “Been watching you two give me the gem and Nopony gets hurt.” Tom steeped in front of Draxxor so that she was behind him Tom still holding the gem looked at the stallion in front of him and said “This gem was a gift its very special to me you will have to take it from me,”
